Classes

Introductory: A 5 week course to introduce an absolute beginner to yoga in a gentle manner.  We cover basic work integrating breathing and movement, alignment, and focus on increasing general flexibility and strength, finishing each class with a guided deep relaxation.

Level one: Classes are designed for the beginner and those with some experience but wish to work at a slower pace. Breathing, flexibilities, a balanced programme of postures (asanas) and guided deep relaxation.

General: A step up from level one, suitable for fit beginners and those able to move with the breath and personal awareness.

Level two: More advanced postures (asanas) and breathing practices (pranayama) for those wanting to take their practice to the next level. Guided deep relaxation and meditation introduced.

Pre-natal: Gentle yoga for pregnancy. Classes to help mums connect with their growing babies through body, breath awareness and guided relaxations.

Mums and Bubs – Post Natal:  A journey of self discovery. Mums tone and stretch. Bubs movement and co-ordination through brain gym.

Sports Yoga: Either one on one sessions or classes designed for your sports team at a time suitable to you. Classes are designed with a comprehensive stretching program to compliment your training. Price on application.

One to one: A private session to work with your specific needs.

Retreats and Workshops: We enjoy an annual retreat. Regular workshops are held with visiting teachers specialising in various subjects. Eg; regular visiting reflexologist and meditation courses.

Room Rental: Our rooms are available for you to hold a workshop or course depending on suitability and availability.
